Refunds and Exchanges

We will gladly exchange any purchase in its original condition by method of store credit within 7 days from the day of delivery . These returns/exchanges are subject to the exceptions listed below: For all silver giftware, flatware, clocks and house wares exchanges and refunds will be allowed within 7 days when accompanied by a gift slip or a sales receipt if the merchandise is returned unused and in its original condition and packaging. If the merchandise has a manufacturer's defect, then only a sales receipt is required. Home Delivery Return Policy

In the rare instance that your merchandise is delivered to you in a defective, damaged or incomplete condition, notify Customer Service at 718-259 4288 within 10 days of delivery. has the option to service first, repair or exchange the damaged piece. In the event of a "no fit" or "customer changed mind" situation on stock merchandise, the customer is responsible for all handling charges that include a 10% repacking charge. We will pick up and issue a refund (minus the handling charge) if C&L FINE GIFTS is notified within 10 days of delivery. Custom ordered merchandise, which is made to your specifications, cannot be cancelled. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable If you need to cancel an order or make a return, please refer to your packing slip or call 718-259 4288 for assistance Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
